One ground shipment is included for orders over $100. If you require parts of your order to ship separately/sooner, additional charges may apply.

Before your final order ships, you have the option to upgrade your shipping type and can pay that cost, minus the value of ground shipping.

Square envelopes, items more than one ounce, or thicker than average items (double thick, multiple inserts, bows and seals) may require additional postage. Be sure to take your items to the post office to verify if extra postage or hand-cancelling is needed.

Damage can occur to letters and invitations during the postal process (sender to recipient). Please understand that this is out of the shop’s control when scuff marks, water damage, or abrasion occurs.

If you have already prepared your artwork or purchased a design from another artist, you may supply this as an unflattened, unlocked PDF. 

Please understand that this shop cannot produce unauthorized reproduction or plagiarism of designs. If you want an exact design you’ve seen, I will do my best to help you find the contact information of the respective artist. This allows you to either collaborate directly with them for printing or acquire proper permission. I appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

Canva Designs

• Artwork created in Canva necessitates additional efforts in comparison to other design software. 
• I kindly request that you avoid using Canva whenever possible. Extra charges may apply for projects involving Canva.

I am happy to bring your custom designs to life! Feel free to share any inspiration photos or ideas you have, so that together we can create a truly unique design for your special event. 

I offer unlimited revisions until we reach the perfect design before going to print. 

With a wide variety of font and color choices, we can easily achieve the perfect vibe that you’re seeking. 

If you’re interested in a venue illustration or a watercolor element, I have a selection of preferred artists who can bring your design to life.

Sample Options

I will do my best to provide you with the necessary information and guidance throughout the process. However, it’s essential to note that samples can be costly and time intensive. 

$5 to Cover Shipping:

• Examples of past work or prior orders
• Paper samples
• In-stock ink color samples
• Flat print proofs of your final design

Additional Cost:

• Thermography, letterpress, or foil proofs of your final design (in stock colors and papers only)
  • Sample charge will be per item (invite, response card, etc)
  • Cost of sample does not go toward your final order
  • Ordering a sample does not shorten production time of your final order when you are ready to proceed

Setting up the letterpress machine for each design takes a lot of time and calibration, and prints can vary between your small sample run to the final order run.

Ink coverage and impression depth is not guaranteed to be identical between sample and final run. Please keep this in mind when opting to pay for samples.

Due to the customized nature of these products, refunds and returns are not available. However, in the unlikely event of a print error or damage during shipping, we are committed to re-printing your item at no additional cost. To address any concerns about quality, we would be happy to provide samples of papers or prior work upon request. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Please note that refunds and reprints are not available in the following situations:

• A cancelled wedding or event
• Cancelling or changing an order which had custom papers or supplies made
• Cancelling or changing an order after it has already been sent to print
• Realizing the artwork you supplied to the shop has fonts too big, too small, or has typographic errors. Please review your artwork prior to print. This shop is not responsible for client-supplied artwork

Rush production is only available for the printing portion. I can only accommodate rush orders that require no design work at this time.
