The Process

Here is a typical workflow for creating your invitation suite!

The design process begins with your ideas! If you are looking for something completely custom, we can collaborate and create something that fits your theme or vibe.

Feel free to contact the shop and share your ideas and request pricing on your project. You can browse previous designs on my website or instagram, or share your pinterest to see if our collaboration is a good fit!

If you opt to have this shop design your invitations, great! If you already have artwork, that’s great too. Please review the policies regarding artwork here.

There are unlimited revisions on custom designs, until the print process has begun. After that, costs apply to make any further edits.

We kindly request that you settle the total amount before we proceed with printing or preparing your supplies.

We understand that flexibility is important, which is why we offer hassle-free payment plans.

However, please remember that your order will be not be shipped to you until final payments have been successfully made.

Before your order is produced, we have to decide on your paper and envelope options! Paper choices and thicknesses can vary depending on what kind of printing you want.

If you are interested in a colored envelope instead of white or ivory, we can explore these options in this step as well.

Digital proofs are emailed prior to your items going to print. Once you items go to print, changes cannot be made to your designs.

Most printing take approximately 10-15 business days (around three weeks). This depends on quantity, how many different items are in your set, and if you request changes during this time.

Note: The day you approve your order for print does not count as a production day.

If you opt for envelope addressing, simply provide a spreadsheet in a format similar to this one.

A PDF of all of your populated envelopes will be shared via email before print. The layouts and fonts for the envelopes follow the same design process of your other items.

One ground shipment is included for orders over $100. If you require parts of your order to ship separately/sooner, additional charges apply.

Upgraded Shipping

Before your final order ships, you have the option to upgrade your shipping type and can pay that cost, minus the value of ground shipping.

Custom Inks

If you would like a custom ink color, it is easier to simply mix the ink to match a colored envelope or another tangible item you can share (fabric swatch, etc).

Please do not go by what you see on your computer screen. Your screen has different lighting than what you would see on a paper, and also would not match the screen view of anyone else’s computer.

In-house Inks and Foils

You can contact the shop if you are looking for a generic color or foil. It might already be available here and samples could be mailed.
