Welcome to Pressed Paperie. By accessing or purchasing from this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use this website.
1. Use of Our Website
By using this website, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence or have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
You agree not to use our products or website for any unlawful purpose or violate any applicable laws.
2. Products
Because our products are custom made, each item is individually produced and may vary slightly from photographs shown on the website.
We make every effort to display colors accurately. However, colors may vary depending on your monitor, mobile device, lighting conditions, and printing process.
Paper texture, handmade paper, deckled edges, and letterpress impressions are inherently unique and slight variations should be expected.
3. Pricing
Prices are subject to change without notice.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time.
4. Payment
Payment is due at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Production will not begin until payment has been received and artwork has been approved.
5. Custom Orders
Custom products are created specifically for each client.
Because of the personalized nature of custom stationery, orders cannot be canceled once design work has begun or production has started except where required by law.
Clients are responsible for reviewing all proofs carefully prior to approval.
Approval of a proof constitutes acceptance of all spelling, grammar, wording, layout, dates, addresses, colors, and other design elements.
Pressed Paperie is not responsible for errors approved by the client.
6. Turnaround Times
Estimated production times are provided for planning purposes only.
Production timelines begin after:
- payment is received;
- all required information has been submitted;
- final proof approval has been received.
Shipping delays caused by carriers are outside our control.
7. Shipping
Risk of loss transfers to the customer once an order has been delivered to the shipping carrier.
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.
Additional shipping charges may apply if a package is returned due to an incorrect address.
7. Design Policy
Pressed Paperie offers original custom design services. Every custom design is created specifically for each client and reflects our artistic style and creative process.
We do not reproduce, recreate, trace, or closely imitate existing designs created by Pressed Paperie or by any other designer, artist, stationer, or company. Requests to replicate another invitation, sign, illustration, logo, or other creative work will be respectfully declined.
Clients are welcome to share inspiration images to communicate general preferences for style, color palette, typography, layout, printing techniques, or overall aesthetic. Inspiration images are used solely as a reference for design direction and will never be copied.
If you have fallen in love with another artist's work and wish to purchase that specific design, we encourage you to contact the original creator directly. We believe in supporting fellow artists and respecting intellectual property rights.
All artwork, layouts, illustrations, and custom designs created by Pressed Paperie remain the intellectual property of Pressed Paperie unless otherwise agreed to in writing. The purchase of printed products or design services does not transfer ownership of the underlying artwork or grant permission to reproduce, modify, distribute, or resell any design.
